The Medical Week in Baden-Baden has been known as the key event for integrative and functional medicine for decades. This year, in addition to the proven topics from empirical medicine and complementary medicine, the highly demanded area of nutrition and nutrient medicine will be added as a further focus under the guiding concept of nutrivention. Specialist societies from Germany, Austria and Switzerland are organising a highly interesting lecture programme on nutrition and nutrient medicine, which will be offered on all congress days. As a service for the increasing number of participants from abroad, a 2-day series of lectures will also be held in English with speakers from Europe and the USA.
