Case Report: Refractory Seizures Controlled with papimi IIT in Patient with Benign Brain Tumor

Seizures-1

A 39-year-old woman with a non-operable lipoma in the corpus callosum suffered for years from refractory seizures, muscle stiffness, speech loss, and complete dependency — despite high-dose medication and repeated hospitalizations.

When no treatment option remained, she began Ion-Induction-Therapy (papimi IIT) under medical supervision.

🧠 Clinical Results:

  • Seizures stopped after 3–5 pulses
  • Frequency reduced from every 3 hours → once per week
  • Walking and speech fully recovered
  • Patient returned to work
  • No adverse effects reported during ongoing daily therapy

This case suggests that papimi IIT may offer functional neuroregulatory effects in cases where medication and surgery are not effective or possible.
