Forwarding of data in isolated cases is conducted based on legal regulations or contractual agreements to following persons or institutions:

  • external processors (i.e. authorised service partners);
  • sales representatives and network partners;
  • national Institution and supervisory bodies;
  • tax office and customs;
  • municipal authorities and administrative authorities involved in administrative police matters;
  • legal representative bodies;
  • educational providers;
  • law enforcement officials;
  • courts;
  • creditors of the person concerned, as well as other parties involved in the connected prosecution, including voluntary assignment of  wages for unpaid due;
  • in accordancewith the redemption to involvedparties / collection from the person concerned to third party banks;
  • insurances within the scope of existing group- or singular insurance contracts;

Our newsletters inform about new insights, the company events, offers by the company, events, educational events as well as useful information about topics related to the company and manufacturing activities. They serve to provide interested parties and users with important information in a timely manner. The sending of a newsletter is minimalistic and therefore at irregular intervals electronically to the e-mail addressprovided. The option to unsubscribe is possible at any time in a formless fashion with future effect at the address given above.

I derive no rights (for example, remuneration). This consent is revocable at any time with future effect. In the event of withdrawal, the recordings will no longer be used in the future or, where practicable, removed from the publications and deleted, unless an overriding official or judicially specified requirement (for example open proceedings) stipulates a corresponding retention period.

  • papimi Finder

After purchasing a papimi device, our service includes the free publication of your desired practice contact data in the papimi Finder. In order to provide you with the best possible support and information, we also collect and process information voluntarily given on areas of specialization and medical orientation. In the case of a non-public (private) usership, no longer public usership, a usership only for study purposesor if you for other reasons no longer desire an entry in the papimi Finder, please let us know at the e-mail address [email protected]. In this case, the entry in the papimi Finder will be deleted immediately.

After termination of the purchaseprocess, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship are stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years). In the case of medical devices on which there is an obligation to reproduce the device care, services,
maintenance, officially prescribed notifications and other events, the contractual data will be stored until the medical device is scrappedor returned.
Data processing is based on the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) and / or lit. b (necessary for fulfillment of the contract) of the GDPR.
